Christopher J. Blake - President
Chris Blake knows the building industry inside and out. In addition to nearly 20 years of experience as a custom builder of beautiful single family residences and condominiums, Chris has been deeply involved in renovating older homes. He specializes in fully integrating the new construction into the existing building.  He has honed a design philosophy that focuses on the importance of traditional exteriors and details while incorporating open, flowing designs with ample windows and the feeling of spaciousness.  Chris is a Georgetown University graduate and has received Professional Builder, Custom Homes, and civic awards.

John Mozena - Sales
John has 38 years of kitchen and bath design experience. John approaches every job as if it were for his own home, doing things “right” while remaining mindful of his clients’ budgets. A graduate of Washington & Lee University, John received his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Karen Rozanski. CKD, CBD - Sales
Karen has over 20 years of experience as an award winning Kitchen and Bath designer as well as an interior space planning and facilities designer on commercial construction projects. Karen has a B.F.A degree in Interior Architecture and is certified as both a Kitchen and a Bath Designer by the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

Mike Low- Sales
Mike has over 20 years of experience as a kitchen and bath designer.  Mike provides a personable approach and good listening skills to creatively achieve beautiful home environments for his clients.  Mike attended St. Clair College and has studied related coursework through the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

Heidi Hirons- Design
Heidi has a degree in Interior Design from Eastern Michigan University. Her education and experience have taught her how to design spaces that reflect the personal tastes of clients while paying close attention to detail.

Joseph Andreini - Design
Joe has 17 years of experience in the custom design and technical planning of kitchen and bath projects for both new construction and renovations. His outstanding product knowledge and attention to detail ensure well executed installations that answer directly to the needs and desires of  his clients.  Joe has a degree in Engineering from Michigan Technical University.

Mary Butler Legge - Design
Mary has over 25 years experience designing interiors, kitchens and baths. With the customer’s desire in mind, Mary utilizes an ability to make the most out of all spaces while integrating her client’s personality in the project. She endeavors to make the design process fun, exciting and painless resulting in ultimate customer satisfaction. Mary has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware.

Dan MacDougall - Design
Dan has over 10 years in residential design and construction experience, working with new construction as well as renovations.  From the foundation to the roof, his knowledge of residential construction systems helps to insure that new and renovated spaces are structurally sound and incorporated seamlessly.  Dan has a degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University.
