doing things “right” while remaining mindful of his clients’
budgets. A graduate of Washington & Lee University, John
received his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Karen Rozanski - CKD, CBD

Design & Sales
Karen has over 20 years of experience as an award winning
Kitchen and Bath designer as well as an interior space
planning and facilities designer on commercial construction
projects. Karen has a B.F.A degree in Interior Architecture
and is certified as both a Kitchen and a Bath Designer by
the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
Heidi Hirons-
CKD - Design
Heidi has a degree in Interior Design from Eastern Michigan
University and is certified as a Kitchen designer by the
National Kitchen and Bath Association. Heidi’s education and
over 7 years of experience working on new construction and
renovation projects have taught her how to design spaces
that reflect the personal tastes of clients while paying
close attention to detail always while having excellent
customer service in mind.
Katie Cundiff – Design
Katie has 4 years of experience in residential design and
planning Kitchen and Bath projects in new construction and
renovations. Katie also has experience in commercial
interior architecture and received a degree in architecture
from the University of Detroit Mercy.
